Return and Refunds

  •  The Return Window

    We offer a [7-day] return period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

    Valid Reasons for Return

    Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

    • Defective/Damaged: The product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit.

    • Incorrect Item: The product delivered does not match the order specifications (e.g., wrong RAM size, different model).

    • Missing Parts: The package is missing essential accessories listed in the box.

    Non-Returnable Items

    To maintain quality and security, the following cannot be returned:

    • Opened Software: Any software or licenses where the seal is broken.

    • Consumables: Printer ink, toner cartridges, or cleaning kits that have been opened.

    • Physical Damage: Items showing signs of customer-induced damage, liquid spills, or attempted self-repairs.

    The Refund Process

    • Inspection: Once we receive your return, our technical team will inspect the device. This usually takes 2–3 business days.

    • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

    • Timeline: Please note it may take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

    Return Shipping

    • If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), World Tech Traders will cover the shipping costs.

    • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
